Beauty I'm Loving:
I’m back with another outstanding dry shampoo recommendation! I tried the viral K18 AirWash Dry Shampoo - it’s a highly concentrated, non-aerosol spray that lasts up to three days. My mom and I both put it to the test and found it really did reduce the appearance of oily scalp/hair and gave really great volume. We’re both very tough critics so I would call this a serious win.

Recipe I'm Loving:
The famous chef behind Baked by Melissa (mini cupcakes) has an amazing TikTok page where she shares simple and nutritious recipes. She made a green goddess chicken wrap that looked so delicious, but the ingredients in her green goddess dressing just didn’t quite do it for me. So of course I had to create my own version and share it with you! It’s the perfect lunch - reminiscent of a chicken ceasar salad wrap or chicken salad wrap but packed with healthy ingredients that will keep you full all day.
Green Goddess Chicken Salad Wrap Recipe:
- 4 cups chicken (1 whole rotisserie chicken or poached chicken breast)
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup plain greek yoghurt or mayo
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbs chives or green onions
- 3 tbs shredded parmesan cheese
- shredded cabbage
- shredded carrot
Directions:
- Prepare the green goddess dressing: in your blender combine the dressing ingredients (yoghurt/mayo, parsley, dill, spinach, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper, chives and parm. Blend until smooth and add a bit of water if you need to thin it out.
- Shred the chicken (using two forks, putting it in the food processor or even stand mixer). I like to make it very finely shredded. Mix together with the dressing and combine until it is very well coated.
- Assembled your wraps: add a layer of shredded cabbage, carrot then top with chicken salad mixed. Wrap and enjoy!

Entertainment I'm Loving:
I loved this week’s Smartless episode with neuroscientist Andrew Huberman - equal parts fascinating and genuinely useful. He shares simple, science-backed insights on resetting your circadian rhythm, why heat exposure like baths or saunas can support recovery, and how everyday habits shape focus, mood, and immunity. It’s the kind of conversation that makes complex science feel personal and leaves you thinking about small changes that can make a big impact in your wellness.

Find of the Week:
Ever since moving to The Farm I’ve become accustomed to sleeping in pure darkness - no streetlights, no light pollution, barely even a TV light. I can’t seem to get any bedroom as dark as The Farm so enter the Nod Pod Sleep Mask. I got it in a gift bag years ago and thought it was redic, but obviously hung onto it just in case. It’s a weighted sleep mask that feels like a warm hug for your eyes AND cancels out all darkness. It really alleviates all of the things that suck about a sleep mask and gives me the deepest, darkest, most comfortable sleep.
